2. License Grant
Upon purchase of a Pro license, Provoque Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the Product on one (1) WordPress website
- Receive updates and support for the duration of your license period
The free versions of our Products are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPL-2.0).
3. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Pro version of our Products
- Use one Pro license on multiple websites
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices from the Products
- Use the Products for any illegal purpose
4. Updates and Support
Pro license holders are entitled to:
- All updates released during the license period
- Priority email support
After the license period expires, you may continue to use the last version you downloaded, but you will not receive new updates or support until you renew.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro licenses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Products will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our Products.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Provoque Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Products.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Products constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
